In Summary

And if “You4Me” is any indication, it’s going to be a heartfelt, powerful journey through love, growth, and self-reflection — the very essence of R&B.

Nigerian music powerhouse Tiwa Savage is turning heads once again as she teases her fourth studio album, This One is Personal, scheduled for release this summer.

Known for her sultry vocals and genre-blending sound, Tiwa is diving back into her R&B roots with this new project, a shift that has her fans buzzing with excitement.

The lead single, "You4Me," gives a taste of what’s to come — smooth, soulful, and deeply emotive. Unlike her earlier works that fused Afrobeats and pop, "You4Me" embraces a more traditional R&B sound, showcasing Tiwa's versatility and vocal depth.

"My next project is going to be R&B, my first love. It’s not R&B-Afrobeats — it’s straight R&B," she shared during a recent appearance on The Dotty Show on Apple Music.

Building anticipation for the album, Tiwa has already dropped tracks like "Forgiveness" and "Mega Money."

"Forgiveness," produced by Supa Dups and Digenius, blends heartfelt lyrics with a sleek mix of R&B and Afrobeats undertones.

Meanwhile, "Mega Money," a collaboration with acclaimed producer Sarz, added a touch of groove to last year’s festive season.

What makes This One is Personal even more special is the emotional weight behind it.

Tiwa has hinted that this might be her final studio album.

"I’m tired," she admitted in a candid moment, suggesting that this project could mark the end of an era.

Despite that, her momentum is stronger than ever.

She recently made history as the first female Afrobeats artist to headline the iconic OVO Wembley Arena in London.

With This One is Personal, Tiwa Savage is not just delivering music — she’s telling her story.
