KUCCPS calls for applications to KMTC September 2025 intake

Applicants must visit the student portal at students.kuccps.net and use their KCSE index number, year of examination, and password to log in.
Students seeking to join medical and health-related training institutions now have an opportunity to apply for placement at the Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) after KUCCPS opened its application portal for the September 2025 intake.
In a public notice dated June 24, the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) confirmed that the application window is open from June 23 to July 7.
The agency encouraged qualified applicants to submit their choices through its online portal or by visiting any Huduma Centre across the country.
“Announcement! The KUCCPS online system is open for the Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) September 2025 intake application,” KUCCPS stated.
Applicants must visit the student portal at students.kuccps.net and use their KCSE index number, year of examination, and password to log in.
KUCCPS advised students to use either their KCPE index number or birth certificate number as the password.
A total of 36 courses are available in the intake, offering both diploma and certificate options.
Among the diploma courses listed are Clinical Medicine and Surgery, Pharmacy, Orthopaedic and Trauma Medicine, Occupational Therapy, Public Health, Health Promotion, Health Counselling, Kenya Registered Nursing, Mortuary Science, and Optometry.
Certificate-level courses include Kenya Enrolled Community Health Nursing, Medical Emergency Technician, Health Insurance Management, and Nutrition and Dietetics.
The latest intake announcement follows KUCCPS’s earlier move to reopen its system for a second revision, targeting 2024 KCSE candidates who had not yet applied or who were not placed during the first round.
That phase gave applicants another chance to review and resubmit their preferred courses before the current intake period began.
