The annual event, staged at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, will once again draw about 250,000 fans across two weekends in April.

Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Bieber and Karol G have been unveiled as the main headliners for Coachella 2026, marking the first time any of the three will lead the iconic music festival.

The annual event, staged at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, will once again draw about 250,000 fans across two weekends in April.

The festival is scheduled for April 10–12 and April 17–19. Carpenter will open the weekend as Friday’s headliner, while Bieber and Karol G will top Saturday and Sunday’s line-ups respectively.

They will be joined by Teddy Swims, Katseye, Central Cee and CMAT among several other performers.

Next year’s list also features a strong showing from the UK music scene, with Disclosure, Wet Leg, Lambrini Girls, Little Simz and FKA Twigs all confirmed. Tickets are not yet available, but registration for passes has opened.

Running since 2002, Coachella has built a reputation as one of the world’s most prominent music festivals, celebrated both for its diverse line-ups and its celebrity-filled crowds. Last year’s edition drew global attention when actor Timothee Chalamet and Kylie Jenner were spotted in the audience alongside Bieber and his wife Hailey. The 2025 roster featured major names including Lady Gaga, Charli XCX, Travis Scott, Post Malone and Green Day.

However, last year also saw frustration from festivalgoers after the introduction of a new camping reservation system, which triggered traffic jams lasting up to 12 hours.

This year’s announcement has divided opinion online. One fan wrote on X: “I don’t think there has ever been a worse Coachella lineup in the history of the festival.” Others were far more excited, with one commenting: “I will literally do anything for someone to sponsor my Coachella trip this line-up is so insane to me.”
