Order in health sector must be restored, says PS Oluga

Dr. Ouma Oluga, the Principal Secretary for Medical Services, has highlighted the importance of restoring order within public health institutions.

His remarks were made during a strategy meeting with the Directorate of Policy, Digital Health, and Innovations on May 2, 2025, where he underscored the need for improvements in the healthcare sector.

Additionally, Dr. Oluga reaffirmed the Ministry of Health’s strong commitment to achieving the goals of Universal Health Coverage (UHC).

He emphasized that the program is a key priority for the ministry and stressed the efforts to ensure its successful implementation across the country.
