Kenya Lionesses Head Coach Simon Odongo has made one change and several positional switches ahead of the South African contest.

Kenya's national women's rugby team, the Lionesses, battle their South African counterparts in their second Rugby Africa Women's Championships match in Antananarivo, Madagascar.

Kick off will be at 1 pm Kenyan time.

Kenya Lionesses Head Coach Simon Odongo has made one change and several positional switches ahead of the South African contest.

Naomi Amuguni and Enid Ouma have switched positions in the back row, with Moreen Muritu and Grace Okulu also switching positions.

Phoebe Akinyi will not be playing in the game after picking up a concussion.

On Saturday, 7 June, Kenya Lionesses began their Rugby Africa Women’s Cup campaign on a high after they outsmarted a determined Madagascar side 28-5 in a match held at Stade Makis in Antananarivo.

Meanwhile, the Springbok Women coaches have named an unchanged starting team from their Rugby Africa Women’s Cup opener for their round two clash against Kenya at Stade Makis in Antananarivo on Wednesday.

They thrashed Uganda 62-7 in their opener. Kenya has never beaten South Africa in Women's 15-a-side rugby in history.
