Kenya Kwanza government on the right track, Owalo says

The Ruto administration is on course with its service delivery agenda, Deputy Chief of Staff in the Office of the President, Eliud Owalo has assured.
According to Owalo, the government is making significant progress in implementing projects and programs outlined in the Kenya Kwanza manifesto.
Speaking in Rarieda sub-county over the weekend, Owalo noted that, as per the government's initial plans, efforts have been focused on revitalizing various sectors of the economy.
He added that a recent mid-term review, conducted to assess the progress of development initiatives by the Kenya Kwanza administration, highlighted that several key milestones have already been achieved.
He also highlighted that, two and a half years into President William Ruto's administration, the cost of living has significantly decreased.
Owalo further emphasized that the government has kept its promises from the 2022 campaigns, with the cost of farm inputs significantly reduced.
He highlighted that over 130,000 homes have been built under the Affordable Housing program, and more than 200,000 jobs have been created.
The Deputy Chief of Staff also mentioned that to support micro, small, and medium enterprises in Kenya, the Kenya Kwanza government has allocated over Sh50 billion to the Hustler Fund.
Additionally, Owalo pointed to the introduction of Universal Health Coverage through the establishment of the Social Health Authority (SHA) and encouraged Kenyans to continue supporting President William Ruto and his administration.
