In Summary

Kenya Police will take on KCB in the highlight match of the day in Murang'a.

The Kenya Premier League resumes this afternoon with five matches being played across various venues in the country.

Kenya Police will take on KCB in the highlight match of the day in Murang'a at the Sportpesa Arena San Sebastian.

Police currently on 49 points will take over the KPL leadership if they can collect three points against a usually resolute KCB outfit who currently sit fifth with 41 points.

With Tusker FC taking on Mathare United Sunday in a tricky fixture and Gor Mahia, who are riddled with off field issues also playing Sunday against Mara Sugar, both relegation threatened sides currently fighting for their lives, Police have a great opportunity to stay top if they can arrest the bankers.

Bottom of the table City Stars will hope to pull apart the high-flying Shabana in Machakos, a result that can see them off the bottom of the KPL log.

Currently on 24 points, they could overtake Murang'a Seal (26) and Bidco United (26) with victory.

After today, they will have only six matches to save themselves from relegation as such, it is a match of high importance.

Seal battle Posta Rangers at the Kenyatta Stadium in the early kickoff, both sides hoping to escape relegation.

In the final clash of the day AFC Leopards will take on Bidco at the Dandora Stadium with the Thika based Bidco knowing that a win against Leopards will count double in the race to stay in the top flight.
