Kenya heads into the championships looking for a stronger showing than last year’s edition in Glasgow, Scotland.

On that occasion, Beatrice Chepkoech secured the country’s only medal—a bronze in the women’s 3000m.

In the 800m Women, Lilian Atieno will be joined by Vivian Chebet with Noah Kibet, Collins Kipruto, and Alex Ngeno Kipngetich representing the country in the men's segment.

Dorcas Kaboloni and Susan Lokayo will handle the 1500m women's race, with Festus Lagat the main man in the men's section.
