The incident, which occurred during a high-profile cultural event, left Adomah with significant eye damage, requiring urgent medical intervention.
After several unsuccessful local treatments, Adomah sought treatment abroad, undergoing a series of surgeries to restore his sight.
The total medical expenses amounted to $115,000 (Sh14.8 million), a sum generously donated by businessman Ibrahim Mahama.
Adomah, who had been unable to work due to his condition, expressed his deep gratitude for the support from Mahama and the many fans who rallied behind him during his recovery.
"None of this would have been possible without the incredible support I received. It’s been a long and difficult journey, but I’m so grateful to be on the mend. My family, especially my wife, Miracle, has been my rock," Adomah shared in a recent interview.
Though he is not yet fully recovered, Adomah’s progress has been promising. He shared a photo from his hospital bed, thanking the public for their prayers and support.
