In Summary

Mia described several occasions when Combs sexually assaulted her, beginning early in her employment.

A former personal assistant to Sean "Diddy" Combs told a New York court that the music mogul repeatedly sexually assaulted her during the eight years she worked for him.

Testifying under the pseudonym "Mia," she described a work environment filled with fear, violence, and control.

Mia said she lived in constant fear of violent outbursts from Combs, who often demanded total obedience. "I couldn't tell him no about a sandwich," she said.

She recounted incidents where Combs threw objects at her, including a spaghetti bowl and a computer, which narrowly missed her head.

She also spoke about witnessing Combs' violent behavior toward his ex-girlfriend, Casandra Ventura, who is also accusing him of sexual abuse.

During a holiday trip to Turks and Caicos, Mia said Ventura ran to her screaming, "He's going to kill me." The two escaped to the beach and later used a paddleboard to avoid Combs, who was pacing angrily nearby.

Mia described several occasions when Combs sexually assaulted her, beginning early in her employment.

On his 40th birthday, she said Combs gave her strong vodka shots before kissing her and touching her inappropriately.

Another time, she woke up to find Combs on top of her attempting to rape her.

"I just froze," Mia said. "It was very quick but it felt like forever."

She testified that Combs assaulted her sporadically throughout her time working for him.

Although she did not always recall every detail, she remembered the constant "dark feeling" in her stomach.

When asked why she did not say "no" or report Combs, Mia said, "I knew his power. I knew his control over me and I didn't want to lose everything I worked so hard for."

She also said another assistant was fired after reporting Combs’ violence toward Ventura.

Combs, 55, denies the federal charges against him, which include racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

He sat quietly at the defense table during Mia's testimony, his arms folded.

Mia said she felt compelled to tell the truth in court despite the fear and shame she endured. "I had to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth," she said.

The trial continues with Mia’s testimony expected to resume Friday, when Combs’ legal team will have a chance to question her.
