Between 2013 and 2025, Tharaka-Nithi, Elgeyo Marakwet, Isiolo, Lamu, and Taita Taveta are among the counties that received the least equitable share of national revenue, with Tharaka-Nithi getting the lowest at Sh43.7 billion and Nyamira the highest among the bottom ten at Sh54.4 billion.
