Newcastle are third in the table - two points behind Arsenal - and beat fellow top-five rivals Chelsea 2-0 last time out.
Arsenal and Newcastle have met three times already this season with the Magpies victorious on all three occasions.
The reverse league fixture saw Newcastle beat Arsenal 1-0 on November 2, before Eddie Howe's side won both legs of the Carabao Cup semi-final tie 2-0.
Earlier, Everton marked the final Premier League game at Goodison Park with a 2-0 victory against Southampton amid emotional scenes at the 133-year-old stadium.
Fans flocked to Goodison Park in their thousands hours before kick-off, packing the streets as they came to say a final farewell before the men's senior team move to a new arena at Bramley Moore Dock, now known as The Hill Wilkinson Stadium.
The match kicks off at 6:30 pm.
