Rugby Afrique will be held in Uganda from July 8 to 19, 2025, at the Nelson Mandela stadium, Namboole.

Head coach Jerome Paarwateer and his team rotated heavily during the encounter to allow as many players take part in the match as they eye the perfect balance ahead of Rugby Afrique.

In the second half, SWD Eagles edged ahead with an unconverted try to make it 17-12.

However, the Simbas once again showed resilience, with Ibrahim Ayoo crossing the whitewash to level the match at 17-17.

They next take on South Africa under 20 in their next clash, dated 9 June 2025.
