She later found him lying unresponsive in the toilet.

Emergency responders from St John's Ambulance were called to the scene, and upon assessing his condition, they confirmed that he had already passed away.

In his bag, authorities found various medications typically used to manage hypertension and diabetes.

Police are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding his death.

A body with an apparent head injury, likely from a fall, was transported to the City morgue for an autopsy.

Police have questioned the woman involved and released her pending further investigation into the death.

In another incident in Kuria, Migori County, a man was discovered dead following an assault.

The lifeless body of Chacha Marwa was found at the entrance of his house after being attacked by his brother.

According to the police, the victim suffered two deep cuts to the right side of his head, another severe injury to his shoulder, and a stab wound to the stomach.

The assailant locked himself inside one of the rooms on the property but was eventually apprehended after being flushed out.

A murder weapon was recovered at the scene.

The suspect has been arrested.

The body was transferred to Wima Hospital mortuary, where it awaits an autopsy.

While the motive behind the murder remains unclear, police suspect that the attack may have been driven by land-related disputes.
