President William Ruto has honored fathers across the nation, calling them the unsung heroes whose quiet resilience, unwavering support, and constant presence provide the foundation of both family and society.

In a message shared on Sunday, June 15, to mark Father’s Day, the President reflected on the vital though often overlooked role that fathers play in guiding values, offering stability, and steering families through the challenges of life.

"Today, we recognize and honor all fathers the quiet champions who protect, provide, and anchor the foundation of our families," President Ruto said in his Father’s Day message.

He praised the quiet strength of fatherhood, noting that many fathers shoulder immense responsibility with humility and discipline, often without seeking applause.

“Fathers instill values, demonstrate resilience, and offer unwavering guidance through life’s journey,” he said, acknowledging the vital emotional and moral support that many fathers bring to their households.
