Verstappen unhappy with his car but not thinking about Red Bull exit

He admitted that the fact that he doesn't possess the best car on the circuit is a concern for him.
Max Verstappen says that he is unhappy with his car but has absolutely no intention of leaving Red Bull.
Verstappen, the current reigning World Champion is currently second on the driver's Championship standings sandwichesld between the two McLaren drivers Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri.
There is an acknowledgement by many, including McLaren themselves,s that they have the fastest vehicle on the circuit this season and Verstappen admits that their task as Red Bull this term is a tough one to retain their driver's Championship title in the face of solid competition.
That said, he is adamant that his focus is fully on working towards winning this season.
"I don't know (about the rumours). I just keep working, trying to improve the car," he stated.
"I am happy [at Red Bull], I'm just not very happy with, of course, our car. But that goes for everyone; we all want to be better, there's no secret about that. That's what we're trying to improve."
"I'm not thinking about the rumours. I'm just going race by race. Hopefully, it'll be better than Bahrain, if it can be a bit in the middle of the two (with Suzuka), it will be better," added Verstappen.
He admitted that the fact that he doesn't possess the best car on the circuit is a concern for him. He will, however, fight on.
"It's out of my hands anyway. If we are not the quickest, it's very tough to fight for a championship. I'm hopeful we can still improve things, but let's see what we get," he told the BBC.
"Naturally, Bahrain wasn't a great weekend for us, and I think we were all pretty disappointed. But we just keep on trying to improve the car, come up with new ideas to try on the car. Competition is tough, but that's how I go about my weeks, trying to improve the situation."
This weekend, Formula One lands in Saudi Arabia with the circuit at Jeddah hosting the fifth race of the season.
